May 25

Another warm day with temperatures in the 80s but (more importantly) no rain. Back at the ballpark in the evening for the second game of the series with Trenton, the R-Phils' woes continued as they lost 4-3 in ten innings. It was 3-2 with two out in the ninth, Trenton tied it and won it in the next inning. Derrick Mitchell hit a two-run homer and Michael Spidale had an RBI hit as well. Ryan Edell started on the mound but he wasn't around for the end as Phillippe Aumont took the loss in relief. Close to 4700 in the park, the game started at 6:35 and wound down at 9:30. A quick turnaround in store as we start on Thursday morning at 11:05. Take care, thanks for reading.
