Saw in the morning newspaper where the nightcap of the BSers' doubleheader didn't end until ten minutes before midnight. I've been there and done that in Reading and if I don't do it again anytime soon I'll be quite satisfied. There were more spotty showers in the forecast for Monday but the day was largely dry, at 5:00 we went to the rink for the opening night of playoffs. We got started at 6:15, during the third period of the first game the rains came. We took a twenty-minutes recess before starting the next game, during the third period the rain returned. We decided to postpone the last two games since there was little reason to think it would get any better. The West teams will start fresh on Thursday, the East series will continue that night as well. The Midwest teams will be there on Tuesday but I will not be, the R-Phils open a six-day homestand (weather-permitting, of course). Take care, thanks for reading.
